History
High on Bikes was formed by one passionate cyclist using his spare bedroom, then progressing to a very small unit to 20 years down the line in to one of the biggest online cycling retailers. Now a small team who thrive on cycling and anything involving a great adventure are committed to helping provide the best service and after sales care.
Passionate About Cycling
We all love cycling at High on Bikes so much so we hold an annual event local to our warehouse called the High on Bikes Clieves Hill Road Race. We've held this event for the past 8 years making it bigger and better each year. We also have our own racing team, filled with people of all ability's from mountain biking right through to hill climb specialists like John in the photos below.

We'll always do are best to help you with what you need. With fast shipments and returns processing you will have your order in no time at all. We hold thousands of products in our warehouse ready to ship normally the same working day. We also have stock feeds from a number of our top suppliers enabling us to offer even more products to order which just take a couple of days longer to ship.
Order Process
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, as we are all cyclists at High on Bikes we know that no one likes waiting around for cycling parts! If you've managed to order an item then we will have it in stock. Your order will be picked, packed and dispatched from our large warehouse the same working day up to 4pm. Items will be sent via our standard postage Royal Mail Tracked 48, Parcel Force 48. We also have express services available during checkout you can upgrade to for quicker delivery.
